Hydraulic Grapples

Gulfstream Services Inc. offshore Grapple performs subsurface debris removal task associated with toppled platform structure, pipeline salvage, boulder/rock removal, cement mat recovery, umbilical recovery, riser salvage, chain and cable mooring system recovery.

The grapples can be used individually or as part of Gulfstream Services’ patent-pending dual grapple system. The system consists of a spreader bar, two grapples, a double drum hose reel, and power pack.

The spreader bar allows grapples to be positioned from an 8 foot center to a 32 foot center. This system creates a more manageable center point in the removal of platform legs, conductors, and pipelines with excessive lengths.

Bucket Inserts

The Excavation Bucket inserts are capable of removing in excess of 5yd^3 per closure of mud line material. Applications are access to BML exterior cuts, rock removal, cement mat recovery.
